  2. My results?
Aye yai yai. According to the scale, I didn't lose anything. I did try though and that is a major start. What do scales know anyways?
My health habits were much better. I did exercise 4 times for over 30 minutes each time- which for me is 4 more times than I have in a VERY long time. I passed up on some candy- still ate some, but not as much as I would have without the challenge.
My husband is guzzling coke 24/7, (the pop- not the drug). SOOO, I am happy and on my way to crushing him in our aforementioned ridiculous bet.
The junk in my other trunk?
I did clean out a few drawers too. I even threw away a few of my many many "this has a good idea in it that I will never actually use" magazines. Woo Hoo!
So, for me, this challenge continues on for a few more weeks.

  3. Success! Thanks for the push...I managed to lose 3 pounds and I took a bag of my daughter's too-small clothes to Good-Will.

I want to continue this challenge for another week...still plenty of weight to lose and plenty of stuff to get OUT of my house!

  4. I gained a pregnancy pound this week and I cleaned out my spare bedroom which was full of boxes and other such junk!

  5. Hmm...sunkist and nachos..not conducive to weight loss.

  6. Let's just say that we got our treadmill this past weekend and I love it! I also cut about 10 inches of hair off..so that HAS to be pound, right? ;) It will be MUCH easier to do my hair EVERY single day and have more than one way to style it...gasp!

  7. My results.... don't have a scale, but with the amount of stress I've had this weekend, I'm going to say I've gained, although I did fast on Sunday... maybe I stayed level...

  8. Well, I didn't lose any weight, but I am pregnant so I figured that part really doesn't apply to me. I did get rid off clothes, shoes, and other clutter that I haven't worn or used for a long time. The extra space feels great.

  9. Sorry. Just wrote 2 lbs and realized that no one knows if it was gained 2 or lost 2lbs.

I lost 2 lbs. Though we went to Sun Valley this weekend and who knows.... what happened. Still sticking with my lost 2 lbs. And packed away girls "TOO SMALL" clothes!

  11. RESULTS:
Well I lost 2 pounds but I think I gained that back today... hey its my b-day I have a right to junk food.... right??
Anyway, I did manage to throw plenty of stuff away, this is one challenge I suceeded at. Well, sort of

BTW.. I do have one confession: Saturday I wore my hair in a ponytail for the first time since the challenge began.

  12. Lost 2 lbs. probably due to kids being home on break and spending alot of time at the pool or beach. Also, cleaned out a closet that was spilling into the room that isn't used! So it was a productive week and will continue on this week to see if I can tackle another closet.

  15. I doubt I lost any weight, but I did go through some clothes, and took a couch to D.I. I do feel like I've lost some 'extra' baggage, although I have a TON more to do...it's never-ending, isn't it???

  16. It took 2 extra days- but 1 pound down.

  17. I didn't lose weight but I went through my books, medicine cabinet, and baby clothes. Dejunking is fun.

  18. Well...lets just say that after at least 2lbs of chocolate, 4-5 dozen cookies, my kid's snacks at the park, and a 1/2 gallon of ice cream...I most likely didn't lose any weight. No scale so I can't check. However, I did try and exercise. And I hardly dejunked at all. So, sadly, I did pretty bad on this challenge!

  19. I don't think I lost anything. I don't own a scale. I ate way too much junk food to even say I think I lost. I did de-junk a litlle. I have a fisher price swing sitting in my living room that a friend borrowed and I put it along with some other baby items on craigs list. And I went through the kids drawers. I really should tackle the tuperware cupboard.

  20. De-Junk? Yes! My sister came to visit and the house was spotless! I even cleaned off my kitchen bar that is always full of junk!

My junk? No way! Company, remember? We ate pizza, Ivar's clams and chowder, cookie dough ice cream, and last night... fudgy cupcakes! I didn't loose weight, but I lost a lot of my stress!!!

  21. I lost 3, added 1, so we'll call it 2 pounds total! I think I'm retaining water! And I went through my girls' room and threw out all the toys that Winn will most likely put in her mouth and choke on - something I've been wanting to do for a while!

  22. Yeah!! I lost 2.5 lbs!! I only need to do that about 20 more times :0)I also managed to clean out and de-junk my kitchen cupboards and pantry!!!

  23. Weight? It was less than a pound, does that count?

As for de-junking? I got rid of one of the things I am the worst at keeping.....SHOE BOXES!!!! Yeah!!!!! I know my husband is extatic!!!!!!

  24. I don't know if I lost a pound, but I decided to exercize more...and deciding is half the battle for me. I de-junked my bedroom, which is supposed to be a sanctuary for my husband and me, but has become a sanctuary for stuff I don't know what to do with, so I feel good about it!
