It's not my dream house, being that it has shared walls, isn't actually OURS, and stinks like smoke... but I'm grateful that we can make it work and that we're safe, have AC and Heaters, and food a plenty. I'm grateful to be prosperous, when so many aren't.Savannahhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17568552785951221972noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2220161407890623567.post-57592625686566310632008-06-24T13:37:00.000-06:002008-06-24T13:37:00.000-06:00I am thankful for my health. I have a sister who has been batteling some mystery chronic illness for over three years now. She has three small kids just like me, and a husband in school, just like me and she lives far away from her family, so she has no real help. I feel like we live the same life, only she has to live with this terrible pain while living her life. I don't know if I could do that! I also don't know why Heavenly Father is giving her this trial, but I'm sure it is for her own good, and growth. Health is definatley something I am thankful for...and sisters! The Crider Clanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10315901334832434807noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2220161407890623567.post-11101004909668756572008-06-24T09:45:00.000-06:002008-06-24T09:45:00.000-06:00I am thankful for so many things, especially latel...I am thankful for so many things, especially lately. I know we all have our own challenges and trials, but I just cannot overlook all of the blessings that we DO have. I'm thankful to live in a country where I can worship as I please. Even though we are a 'middle-class' family, probably lower-middle at that, and we don't have a fancy new house, I know there are so many people in the world who just DREAM of what we have. Kids who can go to school to get their education, not wondering where we are going to get our next meal from, simple things like that really help me to feel blessed...especially this time of year when we celebrate the birth of this great country.Stephhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06768380560964868596noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2220161407890623567.post-3244980799018418962008-06-23T16:48:00.000-06:002008-06-23T16:48:00.000-06:00I am thankful for a hubby who doesn't complaing ab...I am thankful for a hubby who doesn't complaing about changing stinky diapers, or me making mac and cheese for the 2nd time this week, and especially for him saying the house looks great (with piles of laundry not folded, and dishes waiting to be washed, etc.) I am very blessed with a patient, compassionate, loving husband.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17766174833564057519noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2220161407890623567.post-73941403603886259332008-06-23T16:08:00.000-06:002008-06-23T16:08:00.000-06:00Living in a foreign country that borders being a 3...Living in a foreign country that borders being a 3rd world country at that, I find myself alot more thankful for things I took for granted. Such as hot water in all the taps, central air conditioning, a clothes dryer, the people who work at the grocery stores at 2 AM so I can go to the store at that crazy hour! I am also thankful for the modern technology because I couldn't imagine living so far away from family and only being able to communicate via snail mail. It is so wonderful to sit at the computer and let my girls talk to grandma and grandpa for hours if they want to and it doesn't cost us any extra.Burt Familyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02975113229876836578noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2220161407890623567.post-5464171337190487922008-06-23T14:39:00.000-06:002008-06-23T14:39:00.000-06:00I am thankful for bedtime. And I am thankful for a 6 foot fence in the backyard that keeps my children safe, and the childlocks we installed 2 years ago that keep my kids from wandering down the road the moment they know how to open the front door. I am thankful that cute clothes come in the sizes they do nowadays, so I don't have to walk around wearing a mumu. :-)Michellehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10969268214137270934noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2220161407890623567.post-53420763840803456462008-06-23T11:39:00.000-06:002008-06-23T11:39:00.000-06:00First off, I recently had one of those days - I ha...First off, I recently had one of those days - I had to call my mom to come over and change my baby's diaper and give my kids breakfast because I couldn't leave my post in front of the toilet! I hope you're feeling much better!

I am thankful for cleaning. I don't particularly care for the act of cleaning, as is evidenced by the fact that I don't do it very often. But when I do, I feel so much better, inside and out. I cleaned this morning, and I am thankful for a clear living room floor, and a sink full of nothing! :-)Stephaniehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12591387295768935118noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2220161407890623567.post-23498604966993831862008-06-23T11:01:00.000-06:002008-06-23T11:01:00.000-06:00I like this one. I swear from the day that I was called I have been running. There is a lot to do with the children and a lot to accomplish. I couldn't accomplish anything without the love and support of Scott. You know those moments when you realize that there is no way that luck could have given you such a compatable husband. Heavenly Father knew exactly what I needed. So with that being said I will explain. All I can say is with early morning ward council meetings, 9:00 church and a hubby who walks into sacrament alone (bc I had already been there for 2 hours) with two little girls with dresses perfect, puffy hairbows, cute hair and matching shoes....
